Location: Alnwick- Hours: Approx. 32 hours and 16 hrs sleep per week- Salary: £12.00 per hour (weekdays); £13.30 per hour (weekends); £76 per sleep-in shift; double time on bank holidays- Closing Date: TBC- Interview Date: TBC- Job Description:
- About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated individual to work within a small team providing support to a woman with a brain injury, both within her own home and local community in the Alnwick area.
You will support her with personal care, daily living tasks, arts and crafts and shopping, and will help to maintain and promote her independence. You are required to assist with moving and handling and drive her Motability vehicle. Full training and supervision provided, this post includes evening, weekend shifts and sleep in duties.
Post open to women only and employees need a proficient understanding and spoken capacity of the English language - GOR applies
Essential
- you are reliable and professional - you value honesty and discretion

- you are flexible and you work well under pressure
- you have a full, preferably clean, UK driving licence
- you are a dedicated team player and respectful towards others
- You have the physical ability to provide moving and handling support.
