**Job Purpose**:
This opportunity is aimed at helping **Learndirect **customers who are experiencing challenges in making payments against third-party loan agreements. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our vibrant and energetic team based in Bournemouth.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Processing of payments via the telephone and where necessary, resetting existing direct-debit arrangements or making amendments to ensure that future payments are more aligned to the individual customers circumstances.
- Ensuring all customer interactions are in line with Quality Assurance expectation, regulation, and company standards.
- Maintaining records of all customer communications.
- Managing customer issues efficiently and resolving them to a conclusion where necessary
- Achieving set objectives and productivity targets
- Ensuring all customer outcomes are fair, reasonable and in the customer’s best interest.
- Be proactive and have a unique approach to improving the customer journey
- Understanding the customers condition / circumstances / characteristics and any support needs they may have.

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Financially astute and achievement driven.
- Experience within customer services/credit control, or any target driven environment.
- Able to work well under pressure and are responsive to change.
- Listening / Questioning -experience in identifying any potential vulnerability drivers in calls and questioning to fully understand the customers position and their needs.
- You have experience of working within an operational environment whilst being both inquisitive and a keen problem solver.
- Ability to respond to all calls and enquiries promptly and professionally, whilst achieving targets and objectives set out by the management team.
