**Job title**:Head Trainer

**Reports to**:L&D Manager

**Department**:People Team

**Jobpurpose**:Fullmanagement of the training and development activities for thebrand. Coordinating and delivering effective training programs, ensuring theNSO's crew members are skilled and competent, and providing continuous supportfor development and improvement. Collaborating with different teams to aligntraining interventions with the organisation's goals and maintain compliancewith brand standards.

**Jobresponsibilities**:

- Creatingand maintaining the NSO training calendar to ensure organised and timelytraining events.
- Conductinginduction sessions for both crew members and managers to facilitate a smoothonboarding process.
- Planningand coordinating the training schedule for NSO members, ensuring training needsare met effectively.
- Allocatingtrainers for Learning and Development (L&D) programs and workshops todeliver training sessions.
- Monitoringtraining program outcomes and providing valuable feedback to improveeffectiveness.
- Collectingdata for Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and trainingrequirements.
- Schedulingtrainers for specific rollouts and calibration needs, to align performancestandards.
- Identifyingcalibration requirements for in-store activities to maintain consistency.
- AssistingDistrict Managers with training interventions to support their needs.
- ‘Trainthe Trainers’ to ensure they are proficient in delivering training.
- Planningand facilitating ongoing training for BAU (Business As Usual) sites to promotecontinuous improvement.
- Observingand completing sign-offs for new managers including performance feedback andrecommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Completingsite success visits to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives atvarious locations.
- Planningand facilitating brand rollouts to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Collaboratingwith District Managers to facilitate training interventions as needed.
- Maintainingcontact reports with the People Team to keep them informed abouttraining-related matters.
- Thislist is not exhaustive and a hybrid of administrative and practical work, bothat home/office and in store.

**Required**:

- A strong trainer with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment
- Reviewing and updating training content to ensure it is kept accurate and current
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrable skills in facilitating exciting and engagingtraining experiences
- Strong technical capabilities and experience withsystems training
- Able to work as part of a wider team andindependently with the ability to think on your feet
- Delivering exciting onboarding and inductionprogrammes for new employees
- Comfortable running classroom-style training aswell digital workshops and 1:1 coaching
- Proficiency using learning managements systems ande-learning platforms
- Great at decision making, solving problems, andthinking on your feet. You'll be someone with a real 'Can Do' attitude

**Desired**:

- CIPD level 3 or 5qualification
- Experienceopening new restaurants
- Experienceof the launching and rollout of new products
