- We are recruiting for Key Colleagues for the Control Tower team on a rotating 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm shift pattern.**Role Purpose**:

- To ensure EWM waves are released in accordance with the wave template and escalate any release barriers to the appropriate stakeholder. Provide monitoing that orders are allocating to the correct wave templates.
- To own improvements to the wave templates and options (including internal SLAs) with the support of the Control Tower Supervisor.
- To support the business in completing warehouse back orders (WHBO) for items that are either unavailable for the customers or no longer required.
- To monitor current pick/pack activity and highlight any dwells or delays in processing to the wider leadership team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan waves to be processed and release work on schedule according to a defined wave template.
- Research errors in inventory preventing release and communicate information to relevant stakeholders to facilitate issues being resolves - for example partnering with Stock Control to highlight pending counts or postings delaying release.
- Communicate with Supervisors/Managers from other departments to highlight tasks at risk of not being completed on time.
- Ensure errors are corrected in a timely manner without interruption to workflow. Document and escalate any issues that require external support to ensure the flow of product throughout the warehouse.
- Participate in problem solving and decision making process related to wave plannbing, allocating and WHBO.
- Identify and communicate issues or concerns to workload throughput.
- Complete all required paperword in an accurate and timely manner.
- Send daily handoffs to the next shift.
- Support other Control Tower team members as required with the potential to cover team responsibilities during periods of absence.
