Overview:
This role is known for operating in a support capacity to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partners, covering Birds Eye UK & Ireland and Nomad Foods Group Central Functions. Delivery against the full spectrum of recruitment needs and supporting with European wide talent acquisition initiatives, occasionally involving HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers outside of the UK and IE.

**Responsibilities**:
**DATA INTEGRITY**

Coordinates the processing of hiring requisitions, role profiles, scopes of work and contractor IR35 checks. Utilises job board databases, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), metrics tracker, and internal vacancy and announcement pages on the intranet. Acts as a Nomad Foods ATS superuser, maintaining and updating the system when required and training new and existing users.

**CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE**

**REPORTING**

Produces regular reporting for the TA team using the metrics tracker, LinkedIn and other job board accounts and assessment tools. Monitors and reports on Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), gender split and other demographics as required.

**FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT**

Keeps a record of all supplier and agency against budget, raises and receipts against purchase orders.

Qualifications:

- Similar in-house or agency administration or coordination experience
- Working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally iCIMS
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of OPQ Assessments desirable
