- Assist in managing the company's online sales and presence
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Work closely with the wider customer service team to ensure all customer needs are met
- Monitor online customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements
- Update product information and prices on the company's ecommerce platform
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to drive online sales
- Assist in the preparation of reports on online sales and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful ecommerce assistant should have:

- A strong understanding of ecommerce and retail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- An ability to work well in a team
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies
