The Dragon Hotel has been one of the most celebrated Swansea Hotels, and a key landmark in Swansea City Centre for over 50 years. Guests love us for our central city centre location, Brasserie Cafe Bar and on-site parking in the heart of Swansea.

The Dragon Hotel is ideally situated for visiting theatres, galleries and sporting events, for shopping and for sight-seeing in and around beautiful Swansea Bay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor enquireries, create quotes coordinated with hotel departments, follow up requests and finalise the function sheets.
- Organize and distribute the agenda to relevant departments.
- Schedule the day's events.
- Coordinate with organisers and subsuppliers.
- Handle technical difficulties.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
