**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities
- Coordinate and plan office meetings
- File, transcribe, and maintain documents and records
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying and scanning
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Provide excellent customer support and address enquiries or issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Duration of Contract**

Permanent upon successful completion of screening and probationary period.
