Job Title: Screening Administrator Reporting to: Screening Manager

**Position Overview**:
You will have excellent organisational skills in maintaining and updating information, as well as a tenacious drive in following up on reference/screening information for clients.

**Main job functions**:

- Working with the Screening Manager on a day-to-day basis to support their administrative requirements
- Ensuring references are received in good time for clients by chasing responses
- Supporting the transition to automated processes as we adapt and develop as a business
- Updating and maintaining files, process documents, in all areas of screening administration
- Any adhoc duties that may be required of you to support the business needs

**Personal Attributes**:

- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail with great organisational skills
- The ability to be self-motivated and work hard as part of a small team
- A can-do attitude with a very hands-on approach, with a willingness to get involved and support in whatever might be required to satisfy client and company needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
