**Architectural Surveyor**

**£40,000-£50,000**

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Surveyor to join our clients team. As an Architectural Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, collecting and analysing data, and creating detailed reports for various projects.

Our client is a company that specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-quality gates, railings, and fences. Based in London, the company has a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating custom solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Whether people are looking to enhance the security of your property, improve its aesthetic appeal, or both.

You will be working Monday through to Friday 8am - 5pm. A company car will also be provided during working hours for site visits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site surveys to gather information about existing structures, including building measurements, site conditions, and other relevant data.
- Use various surveying equipment and techniques to accurately measure and document structures and surrounding areas.
- Collect and analyse data to create detailed reports for projects, including drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Work closely with the draughtsmen to ensure accuracy and completeness of survey data.
- Review and interpret building plans and blueprints to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and to identify any potential issues that may require additional surveys or inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural surveying or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
