Bray Wealth Management are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Team in an exciting new role.

Ideally you will have a strong background in Financial Services and understanding of Pensions and Investments. You will start your journey within the Administration Team dealing with all aspects of new and existing business whilst completing a training programme to gain your qualifications to become a Financial Planner.

You will receive support from experienced Advisers, access to industry resources and tools, and ongoing professional development with comprehensive study support and defined progression to becoming a fully qualified financial adviser.

On your journey to become a Financial Planner, you will:

- Assist experienced advisers in conducting research and analysis to prepare financial plans and investment recommendations
- Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting materials and follow-up tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial planning
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, demonstrating professionalism and building trust

Your experience and attributes:

- Ideally you will have started your RO exams on your journey to becoming fully Diploma qualified
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for providing excellent client service and helping individuals achieve their financial goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
