Head Bartender

Bartender

**Duties**:

- Greet Hotel and Non-Hotel customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor customer's alcohol intake and prevent overconsumption
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate and lead with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

**Skills**:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink presentation
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
