**Location**: Remote based - with occasional learner observations in Kent

**Salary**:£26,000 - 32,000 (DOE - plus up to an additional £6000 in performance related bonuses)

If you are an experienced HSC professional, with knowledge of apprenticeships up to Level 5, with the energy and commitment to inspire success, deliver exceptional teaching and learning, support learners to progress and manage a diverse caseload then we want to hear from you

As a **Personal Tutor - HSC **you will...
- Engage, motivate and inspire learners to achieve their work-based qualification
- Provide innovative and impactful teaching and learning
- Manage a minimum funded caseload of learners across HSC level 2 - 3
- Deliver an outstanding experience for all learners and employers
- Stretching and challenging your learners to succeed
- Provide valuable and insightful feedback to every learner to stretch and challenge them and enable further professional development

**Requirements**:
**What our ideal applicant has**:
.Minimum of Level 3 Assessor (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)

.Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS)

.Level 3 qualifications within the Health & Social Care sector

.Occupational competency

.Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning

.Experience of managing a diverse caseload

.Knowledge and experience of EPA

.Ability to adapt and differentiate sessions depending on different learning styles and accessibility levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
