**Job Title: Employability Practitioner Skills Coach**

**Location**: North England - Across the M62 Corridor

**Position Overview**:
As an Employability Practitioner Skills Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs that focus on developing both technical and soft skills. You will work closely with apprentices to enhance their skills, fostering a positive learning environment that promotes personal and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging employability training sessions that cover a range of topics, including communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to apprentices, helping them set and achieve their personal and professional development goals.
- Collaborate with employers to understand their specific skill requirements and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Monitor and assess apprentice progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Proven experience in employability coaching and skills development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their full potential.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship programs and a commitment to lifelong learning.
