We are looking to recruit a passionate Behaviour Support Mentor to support students who are experiencing social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), to start ASAP.
- An experienced support assistant with successful experience in supporting pupils with SEMH difficulties.
- Has a strong understanding of different behaviours across SEMH provisions and be comfortable working with this.
- Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for all children.
- Able to provide high quality support for pupils experiencing SEMH difficulties.

As this post involves working with children, vulnerable adults or dealing with sensitive information, references covering your last two years of work will be taken.
