**Position: OHLE Coordinator**
**Location: Nunnery Depot, Sheffield**
**Hours: 40 hours. Permanent role.**
As an OHLE Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, installation and performance of Overhead Line Equipment systems within the Infrastructure department. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our light rail network.
This job will be a shift based rota including days and nights for the duration of the year operating in and out of service hours with an on-call element.

**You need to be able to**:
- Develop preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity of OHLE components, implementing predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring to reduce downtime.
- Analyze OHLE survey data, create detailed reports, and provide recommendations to enhance project outcome
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and safety standards related to OHLE systems, ensuring full compliance with local and national guidelines.
- Provide leadership to the OHLE team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Mentor team members, promoting their professional development and ensuring a skilled workforce capable of meeting evolving industry demands.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and advancements in OHLE systems, recommending strategic upgrades to maintain our light rail network's competitiveness and sustainability.
**Necessary Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field, or a related OHLE experience
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in OHLE maintenance and supervision in a light rail/metro/rail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of OHLE systems, components, and maintenance practice
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for OHLE simulation, and analysis.
- Knowledge of asset management systems.
