_The post holder will provide a high quality and responsive reception service to all patients ensuring that the reception runs efficiently and in accordance with the practice requirements_
- To facilitate patients accessing the clinical care provided by the practice._
- To support the GP's and nurses in providing care._
- To act as first point of contact for anyone accessing the practice._
- Answering a vast amount of telephone calls promptly ensuring all in-coming lines are covered at all times._
- To comply with practice protocols for the handling and collection of samples._
- Processing patients online appointment enquiries._
- Care navigation and signposting._

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
