**Job Purpose**
- To deliver contractual obligations in accordance with client expectations.
- To be proactive & reactive to the Health & Safety of the team and others on site.

**Accountabilities**
- To assist the Site Contract Manager to ensure smooth delivery of the waste contract on site.
- To coordinate and monitor the skip requirements for the entire site.
- Take ownership of Waste Logics tool, upload all waste paperwork daily highlighting any concerns to waste operative, and Site Contracts manager, Waste Support Officer if necessary.
- Daily monitoring of Chronicle Computing for waste and Industrial cleaning staff.
- To be a Waste Operative when required (to close an operational gap).
- To advise client and contractors of the most appropriate method of disposal.
- Maintain a clear line of communication and strong relationship with all waste suppliers.
- First point of call for any waste requests or requirements
- Confirm all equipment is sufficient and fit for purpose prior to task commencing.
- Manage program of routine Auditing of standards and follow up actions, recording results.
- Regular communication with Manager to guarantee smooth operation of the contract delivery.
- Maintain all data capturing documents that evidence achievements and actions taken.
- Have complete understanding of guidelines set out in the MSS Group Company Handbook
- Provide initial and on-going training to all new Waste Operatives.
- Understanding and adhering to the Waste ‘Site Requirements’ document.
- Ensure that all waste operatives have read and understood all waste risk assessments and toolbox talks on site.

- Assisting Site Manage when necessary.
- Minute taking.
- Coordinating daily skip requirements and general waste enquiries.
- Dealing with various skip companies on a daily basis.
- Good knowledge of the site to assist in skip exchanges and requests.
- Dealing with timesheets and Rota on time and attendance system.
- Raising Purchase orders.
- Accurate record keeping and up-keep of various files.
- Good written, verbal and telephone skills.
- Ability to juggle different tasks accurately.
