**R&D Project Leader**
**Location: Cumbria**
**Salary: £35,000 DOE**
CY Partners have an exciting opportunity for a **R&D Project Leader** to join well established Films and Coatings manufacturer. Working within one of the best R&D facilities in the industry you will be responsible for leading coating projects,new product development and raw material projects.
Other responsibilities include:
- Liaising with raw material suppliers and customers to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Mentoring of more junior members of staff within the department.
- Provide technical guidance and support to various internal teams including manufacturing and marketing teams.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to quickly understand new concepts
- Proficient at data analysis and interpretation
- Able to work independently.
