- Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics, is required
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate athletes on proper form and technique
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes and parents/guardians
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Strong organizational skills to plan and manage training sessions and competitions
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
