**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports
- Warmly welcoming visitors, verifying their credentials, and ensuring proper sign-in procedures.
- Thoroughly documenting vehicle registrations, promptly noting any anomalies.
- Regular communication with site owners to stay informed about schedules and expected visitors.
- Diligent monitoring of CCTV footage, promptly alerting authorities or Mobile Response Units to any unusual activity.
- Compiling detailed incident reports.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques, procedures, and equipment
- Familiarity with first aid and CPR procedures is a plus
- Experience with CCTV systems and other security-related technologies is desirable
- Understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
