Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handcraft cricket bats using traditional techniques and modern equipment.
- Select and shape willow clefts to create bats of various weights and sizes.
- Carve, pressing, and finish bats to precise specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to innovate and improve bat designs.
- Inspect and quality check finished bats for performance and durability.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cricket bat maker or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of cricket bat construction and materials.
- Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for cricket.
