**The Hours**
- Time or Part-Time role.**

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our collaborated HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract with the Bedfordshire Police, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Constabularies.
**The role**

Reporting to a Senior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing our HR customers with expert advice and guidance on a wide variety of employment matters including attendance, conduct, performance, grievances, complex pay matters, contract variations and restructuring.
**The Person**

To be successful in this role you will
- be a Level 5 Associate member of the CIPD or have equivalent experience
- have an in-depth working knowledge of employment law
have an ability to problem solve and get to the bottom of complex HR issues
- be a confident communicator with the ability to prepare and deliver information and advice to a range of different audiences
- be customer focussed, innovative in your thinking and collaborative in your approach.
**The location**
