**Our Package: £22.5K Base Salary (35k OTE Year 1, 60k OTE Year 2, 80k OTE Year 3)**

**What is recruitment**:

- We compete and work towards tight time-frames**:Speed is key** in order to be a successful recruiter.
- Pitching clients, **maintaining long-term relationships** and managing expectations are all an integral part of recruitment **(this includes daily cold-calling)**:

- We conduct screening calls, advertising job descriptions, arranging interviews and conducting rejections/ offers of employment
