As a Roofing Labourer at Benjamin James Roofing, you will play a crucial role in our roofing projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the roofing team in the installation and repair of various roofing systems.

Handling and organizing materials and equipment on-site.

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Providing support to roofers, such as passing tools and materials, and ensuring they have what they need to complete their tasks.

Operating and maintaining tools and equipment as directed.

Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Previous experience working in the roofing or construction industry is preferred but not essential.

Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment.

Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

A strong work ethic with a commitment to safety.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced roofers.

Full UK driving license.

**Salary**: £90.00-£140.00 per day
