Are you looking for a new role in a rapidly expanding company? Do you have experience as an Administration Coordinator or similar?

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading organisation who are looking for an Administration Coordinator.

This could be the perfect route to get into project management or Account management

They are looking for a motivated individual that can provide effective office support to their team

DAY TO DAY:

- Diary management
- Organising travel
- Meeting room booking/ organising
- Supporting the Heads of department and Account managers
- Working in close partnership with consultants to co-ordinate client engagements
- Running reports and reporting back to the team
- Guiding clients with onboarding and what to expect in that process handling the compliance associated with it
- Go to support for the wider team
- Develop relationships with clients

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

- Previous office coordination/ administration experience
- Transferable experience booking appointments or diary management
- An interest to get into project management or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- You can demonstrate strong time management skills
