**Experienced Optical Pre-screener**

**Location: Sunderland, Tyne And Wear**

**Working hours: Full Time - 40 hours (to include some weekend working)**

**Experience level: Previous experience pre-screening is essential for this role**

We’re looking for someone who has previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Clinical Assistant - however we’ll continue to help develop and expand your knowledge.

Some of the key tasks required include:

- Carrying out pre-screening examinations & working alongside the wider team in day to day running of clinics
- Promoting contact lenses in store & providing customers with detailed and accurate advice
- Maintain delivery of excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey & successful retail team
