_Are you looking for your next step with a market-leading company within the healthcare & distribution sector? We are looking for an experienced administrator to work with us during the night to support our client during their busy peak period._
- Working within the transport team in our distribution centre, the assistant administrator will be responsible for the maintenance of accurate data and ensuring the correct processing of our daily reports. Contacting stores to ensure a smooth operation, also there will be ad-hoc tasks as requested by management to be completed in relation to Stock tracing and general enquiries. - Ideally you will have experience in a similar role with a successful track record with high visual accuracy. You will possess good written and verbal communication skills, I.T proficient as well as being numerate._
- You will be a cooperative team player with the ability to work individually on tasks set. With strong attention to detail and a desire for things to be ‘done right’, excellent interpersonal skills will be evident along with a ‘can do’ attitude. We’re in this together_
- The hours of the position are from 9.30pm to 5.30am, it is imperative that you drive and can travel to BD19 4TS. Please note this position is part time and will require for you to be available for 4 nights per week._
- Hourly rate of pay £11.00 per hour_

**Key Duties Include**:

- _Control and input to system/logs staff holidays once approved by Management_
- _Administration duties_
- _Greeting visitors_
- _Produce letters_
- _Produce weekly reports_
- _Produce various payroll reports that are required on a monthly basis_
- _Ad-hoc absence cover for Payroll, Admin and General Ledger Clerks (dependent on Service Centre)_
- _Any other reasonable requests as directed by management_

**Skills and Experience**
- High visual accuracy_
- Good communication skills_
- Good organisational skills_
- MS Office to intermediate level - in particular MS Excel, Outlook and Word_
- Good keyboard skills_
- Good verbal and written communication skills to include telephone technique_
- Intermediate/advanced Numeracy_

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
