**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
