We are a brand-new all-day brunch and coffee hangout, apprx. 70 covers with a big floor space.

Opening hours are 7am-5pm, with some shifts starting at 6.45am. Latest out 5.30pm. Pay is above NMW plus a large share of tips.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years barista experience
- Proven experience of working with a great team
- A true passion for Coffee, Tea and different industry drinks
- Able to work under pressure and in a busy environment and enjoy it at the same time
- Diligent and responsible attitude
- Able to work actively and efficiently
- Happy to share all job tasks
- Highly motivated

**Responsibilities**:

- Be very welcoming towards guests/customers
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ensure the café is kept in a clean serviceable order
- Help communicate stock levels to rest of team
- Work well and proactively with management
- Able to work with the kitchen and serve food to guests effectively
- Proactively looking for the next job and communicating with other staff

If you feel you have the experience required and want to be part of an awesome team then ‘you know the drill’.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
