Floor Supervisor

Your primary role as a Floor Supervisor is to ensure customer satisfaction through effective engagement, problem-solving, and collaboration between staff members. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing performance metrics, creating action plans, and ensuring that service levels meet customer expectations.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising employees, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities. You will be responsible for collaborating with managers and human resources staff to ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.

Overtime available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
