**Facilities Assistant needed in Amesbury £14.59 per hrPAYE - Reference: 348167**

This role will involve:

- Responsible for providing a welcoming, friendly and helpful first point of contact to our customers, ensuring that an ‘end to end’ service is provided at all times. To include welcoming all new starters/transferees to the building, providing an introductionto the building, facilities services provided and to issue their starter pack.
- Responsible for providing a helpdesk facility for all defect reporting, including gym equipment, which may arise at all sites, ensuring that clear and accurate so that the most appropriate person/company can be tasked. This may require a first responseassessment by the FSO or an order to be raised through a responsive maintenance request. Responsible for providing customer feedback to the originator and monitoring the outcome. Proactive floor walking is essential to proactively deal with any potential issuesand to raise awareness of fault reporting.
- Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and support service in relation to planned maintenance and improvement of police properties by liaising with the contractor and customer to arrange access for works to be carried out. There is a requirementto understand the scope of the works and how it may affect customers/services.

**This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.**
