**We are recruiting for a Trainee Estimator**

**Salary**:
£22k - £25k per annum (depending on skills/experience)

**Location**:
Offices at Hazeleigh, Essex (No remote, hybrid working).

**Hours of Work**:
08:00am-05:00pm (1hr unpaid break) Monday-Friday

**Remedial Works Division**:
Our Award Winning Remedials Division plays a huge success in our company by ensuring that in all our work we show attention to detail and deliver quality projects on time and within budget, to continue to build a great reputation within the Construction insurance industry

**The Role**:

- Scope repairs from survey reports issued by the Repair Managers, completing a CVR and ensuring works are ready to proceed based on the scope issued. To include ensuring all quotes are on file
- Attending joint site visits when required with clients to discuss larger claims, visiting larger claims to check current position and variations
- Price tenders and submit to clients

**About you**:

- Construction experience would be beneficial but not necessity
- This is a new role to assist the HOD who is currently completing all tasks above, you do not need to have any experience in costings, scoping and finances but must be motivated and willing to learn a new skill
- Ability to work autonomously and to strict deadlines
- Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
- Be flexible and adaptive to the needs of the business
- Personable and Trustworthy
- Team player
- Ability to build positive and effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Must have full driving licence and access to own vehicle due to office location
