**Salary**: £100 - £130 per day

Engage Education, a prominent educational staffing agency, is seeking dynamic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the education system, ensuring that students' learning progresses seamlessly in the absence of regular teachers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Cover Supervisor with Engage Education, your main responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and managing a classroom of students in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Managing student behaviour and fostering a productive classroom atmosphere.
- Assisting students with their work and providing support as needed.
- Reporting back on the day's activities and student progress to the school.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

- A passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
