**Group FP&A Senior Manager £70-80k +bonus**

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to partner with a global brand in the recruitment of a Qualified **Group FP&A Senior Manager** to join their growing Finance function.

Based in either their London, North Hampshire, or Dorset location this is a leadership development role within the Group Finance team with global oversight of the financial planning cycle, responsible for delivery & continuous improvement of global planning& forecasting processes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Continuous process improvement of budgeting & forecasting capability across global finance community
- Delivery of the Group 5 Year Strategic Plan
- Delivery of the Group’s Capital Plan
- Delivery and challenge of the Group’s annual budget process
- Delivery of Groupwide ad hoc analysis projects for the CEO / CFO / Group FD
- Supporting the assessment and innovative solutions to key strategic challenges with clear, succinct and credible analysis.
- Support External Reporting team to develop forecasting models to support business valuations and impairment calculations
- Work closely with External and Internal Reporting to improve quality and efficiency of reporting deliverables.

**About you**:

- A qualified Accountant with a F P & A background gained within a large, complex, preferably global business.
- Experience of operating at senior management level within a large-scale organisation
- Able to demonstrate a sound commercial business understanding gained by working at the coal face of a consumer led business.
- Experience of problem solving & solutions design for budgeting & forecasting processes
- Excellent excel skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, engaging and succinct manner.
