Covid-19 Vaccination Programme Administration

**Post title**: Admin Support Responsible to: Covid Vaccination Site Manager Accountable to: PCN Operations Manager Hours of work: Zero Hours contract, temporary contract (dates to be confirmed) Location: Hexham Mart, Care Homes, pop-up clinics, homes of housebound. Salary: £12.04/hour Working Pattern: Mostly weekdays, some weekends may be available. Job Summary: As a member of the admin team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support at our vaccination site. You will be responsible for: Accessing and maintaining accurate patient records, adhering to patient confidentiality.

Ensuring patient flow through the site Recording and ensuring patient details are correct Ensuring infection control and waste control at the vaccination site. Maintain, request and transfer confidential patient records, ensuring they are stored in an accurate and secure filing system. Provide non-clinical advice, information to patients/clients and relatives when necessary. Provide post-vaccination observation supervision if required Site set-up and shut down This role involves a large degree of patient facing work.
