**The role**:
We're looking for a HR Advisor to provide guidance, support, and expertise to both employees and management regarding HR policies, practices, and employment-related matters to a site headcount of appromxiately 300 people. This is a world-renowned, global manufacturer with an excellent reputation looking for support within a carefully curated HR team.

**Responsibilities**:
Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, including providing advice on company policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Recruitment and Selection: Assisting with the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process.

Policy and Procedure Development: Participating in the development and review of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with legal requirements and best practices.

Performance Management: Assisting with performance management processes, including providing guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance-related issues.

HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, HR database, and processing HR-related documentation.

HR Reporting and Analysis: Preparing HR reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

**About you**:
Experience in a HR Advisory role ideally within a manufacturing or engineering type environment. A pro-active self-starter, who enjoys working and prioritising autonomously. Someone who can work in an agile way and enjoys a busy/thriving environment. Also, please note this role is between 7am - 5pm Monday-Thursdays.
