An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant to join a leading debt recovery firm based in Altrincham Greater Manchetser. You will be required to have previous legal secretarial/legal assistant experience with experience of using a case management system.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing FCA regulated debt recovery agency with a great reputation.

This role is part time hybrid working Monday to Friday 4 hours a day flexi time between normal office hours.

**Duties include**:

- Liaising with clients, taking new enquiry's
- Opening client files upon receipt of instructions
- Creating & managing claims
- Utilising "Money claim online"
- Chasing responses daily as instructed, from the courts, clients, defendant's
- Chasing & taking payments from clients, raising invoices
- Drafting correspondence and documents daily
- Preparing transcripts

**The firm will provide**:

- Full training on specific debt files/client types
- Annual salary reviews
- Office based support

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.70-£11.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
