**What do I need?**

You will be:

- A proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing planning decisions to ensure that conservation and ecology is protected and enhanced for the future
- An effective influencer able to work flexibly and respond to competing demands in a time-pressured environment
- Experienced in delivering environmental improvements through others
- Well-organised, computer literate and able to respond to tight deadlines
