**HR Advisor**:

- **Salary**: £40000 - £45000 per annumMy client, a market-leading business based in Wilmslow are currently on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing HR team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will support the Head of HR with the following:

- Coaching Managers in relation to all areas of HR people and policy advice
- Upskilling Managers across the business
- Leading on performance and absence reviews
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Updating the HR system and producing reports with analytics for Management
- Supporting on a variety of HR projects
- Driving a high-performance culture across the business
