We have recently expanded our coffee shop within our store in Westfield (White City) and are currently looking to add a Café Assistant to join our Food and beverage team that are well experienced as baristas and are seeking to work with a passionate and hardworking team.

**Duties will Include**:

- Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to café customers, taking food orders, rotating stock and restocking fridges, and processing payments
- Someone who is good at making sandwiches, possesses excellent communication skill, exhibits a positive personality and is willing to learn, skilled in preparing coffee.
- General cleaning duties of the café and kitchen areas, maintaining excellent hygiene requirements regarding basic food service, handling, and production.
- Reporting to the Café Supervisor you will help run all areas of our cafes.
- Promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and upselling products

**To be considered for this position, you must have**:

- At least 1 year experience in hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Food and Safety Qualifications

Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organized and proactive approach. The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success.
