Bilingual Claims Advisor

**Job Title**: Bilingual Claims Advisor - Dutch/French

**Location**: South London (Closest Tube: MORDEN on Northern Line)

**Salary**: £30,000 + commission

**Language**Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

**Working Hours**: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

**Work Style**: Office-based

We have an exciting opportunity for a bilingual speaker of French and Dutch to join our team as a Claims Advisor. In this role, you will handle inbound enquiries from our website, contacting potential new members to assess their needs and present them with membership options and prices. There is no cold calling involved, but you will play a crucial role in converting enquiries into new members by employing upselling techniques and effectively explaining the pricing structures and membership benefits.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Answering incoming calls from interested potential B2B customers.
- Addressing inquiries related to subscription renewals or training matters.
- Clearly explaining the exclusive membership benefits available.
- Presenting and explaining the three membership packages offered, which range from £320 to £700 per annum.
- Understanding the customer's requirements and identifying the most suitable package for them.
- Facilitating the sign-up process for new clients.
- Conducting market research and staying up to date with industry trends to provide exceptional customer service.
- Working in a target-driven environment with a high volume of calls.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable and effective in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Persuasive and friendly in communication.
