The Nursery has been in existence for over thirty years, growing and nurturing plants for the gardens of Rutland and beyond and expanding in the hospitality sector.

To work at Rutland Nursery is to join a dedicated and happy team of like-minded people, whose strengths cover every aspect of the nursery experience. We're looking for someone with qualities that mirror our own to be our in-house Baker; showing passion, creativity, ingenuity, competence and dedication.

We pride ourselves of having a dedicated in-house baker to use their creative flair in making the best of the best across patisserie, cakes, savoury bites and sweet treats.
