Fixed term for 6 months

We have an exciting opportunity for an Independent Living Coordinators to join our front-line Housing Services.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide housing management services to the residents of our Independent Living Schemes and enabling them to live independently and remain in their own homes.

You will be working within an evolving environment co-ordinating regular home visit, communicating with external agencies, relatives, care agencies and support workers to help our independent living customers achieve agreed outcomes; and carrying out health and safety checks for various sites across the borough.

If you have experience working with older people and those with support needs; are organised; comfortable with using MS Office; and are a calm and caring person with a flexible and customer focused attitude, we would love to hear from you.
