Accompanied Viewer

**Your life as an Accompanied Viewer**

**Available on either casual agreement at £10.90 per hour or self-employed basis**

Your role is to accompany potential buyers to view properties listed for Auction. You will work closely with the Auctions Valuers and Assistant Property Manager to ensure a smooth and effective service for all viewers.

**What you'll do**
- Follow a pre-planned viewing schedule with set viewing times specified
- Be responsible for property keys and ensure they are collected and returned to the Birmingham Valuers
- Arrive to the property promptly to open up/ meet the tenant or vendor
- Guide viewers round the property if necessary
- Ensure viewers don’t remove anything from the property
- Ensure the property is fully secure before leaving
- Report any issues/concerns (such as safety issues, problems with the property) back to the office
- Assist with measuring up a property if required

**Who we're looking for**

We want to find a self-motivated, individual with a customer focus who has:

- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Computer literacy - desirable not essential
- A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Exceptional customer service in a customer facing role
- Ability to report accurately to management
- Confidence in speaking to and instructing members of the public
- A keen eye for detail and a conscientious approach to your work.
- A smart, well presented appearance at all times
- Punctual with a flexible attitude towards working hours
- Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From £10.90 per hour
