We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Team Leader to join our dynamic legal team. As a key leader within our firm, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of personal injury fee earners/paralegals, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of claims while providing exceptional.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, lead, and support a team of personal injury fee earners and support staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members, to aid their professional development.
- Manage the team's caseload distribution, ensuring equitable and efficient allocation of work.
- Oversee the progression of personal injury claims, monitoring case quality and deadlines.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Handle escalated client matters and complex cases, offering guidance and support where necessary.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for team improvement and efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, protocols, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a personal injury legal setting.
- In-depth knowledge of personal injury law, regulations, and case management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve set goals.
- Proficient in case management software and MS Office Suite.
- A relevant legal qualification or certification is desirable.
- A track record of successful team management and achieving performance targets.
