Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Scheduling appointments
- Conduct research and gather information as requested
- Dealing with maintenance requirements/outsourcing
- Negotiating and purchasing of items
- Booking of holidays, days out, meal planning etc
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
- Tidying, laundry and (uncomplicated) meal preparation for the children
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A car is essential for this role.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
