**PURPOSE**:To accurately interpret supplier contracts, loading them into the company reservation system following standardisation guidelines.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Data Loading - Accurately load and amend supplier contracts into the reservation systems in line with specific deadlines.
- Understand and read supplier contracts and manipulate data from these.
- To ensure system administration procedures and policies are maintained fully.
- To load all services in accordance with the agreed standardisation guidelines.
- To manage all product updates and requests via A&Ks Service Desk ticketing system.
- Checking - Check loading input by other team members onto the database, against the original supplier contracts and highlight any errors found.
- Identify missing or incomplete contracts or information and advise the ServiceDesk and Reservations Systems Team Leader.
- To liaise with A&Ks Destination Management Companies (DMC’s) on product requirements and import these services through A&Ks pipeline database.
- Notify the Service Desk and Reservations Systems Team Leader where missing or incomplete information is likely to impact given deadlines.
- To test, log and report all system errors to the Service Desk and Reservations Systems Team Leader
- Additional duties as required
- To give regular updates of loading progress, problems, missing information
- To share information with all team members.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail having ideally worked within the role of administrator or data loader.
- Experience of working in a busy environment, with strong administration and organisational skills.
- Have proven data entry skills.
- Can manipulate data.
- Ability to prioritise and efficiently complete tasks in detail.
- Be strong in numeracy.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be able to work both as part of a team and/or independently.
- Be able to manage own workload.
