We are seeking several Deputy Managers for a large and well-established provider of care for Children and Young People. They have positions available in Abergavenny, Newport, Aberdare, Cowbridge, Bridgend & Neath. The organisation is built upon understandingand helping children, not just caring for them.
Your new role
You will be a Deputy Manager in a residential home, in an organisation that builds and promotes from within. You will be based in a home with children and young people from a whole range of ages (home dependant), supporting them to live their lives fully. Thisis a fantastic opportunity for anyone with aspirations to become a Registered Manager in Children & Young People's settings, and wants to really develop their career in this area.
What you'll need to succeed
- QCF 3 (Children preferred, adults considered)
- Demonstratable experience leading teams in a care setting
- Demonstratable experience in a residential or children's setting
- Ability to drive
