This position is advertised at 37 hours per week

**Job description**:
Lead the understanding and building of a diverse and inclusive culture across the partnership, developing and monitoring tangible measures to show distance travelled.

Explore and research the impact of organisational culture on organisational success and bringing the latest thinking into the partnership

Play a key role in the ongoing development of the partnership culture strategy and plan, consulting with a broad stakeholder group across multiple teams and organisations.

Develop techniques to measure progress and understand the impact of culture change on organisational success

Lead effective communications and engagement activities and events to ensure cultural ambitions are understood.

Work collaboratively with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion lead ensuring alignment of activities, always promoting diversity

Support the delivery of change initiatives across the partnership ensuring that those affected are bought into the change

**Person specification**:
An understanding of the significance in cultural change, and the benefits of good organisation culture, in organisational design and change delivery is essential

Experience working with Defence and UKIC stakeholders is desirable

Demonstrated self-awareness, empathy, and a people-centric approach

Change Management Qualification is desirable, i.e., Prosci, APMG or equivalent

This post will initially be based in Cheltenham, then from Spring/ Summer 2024 the role will transfer to a new location in the North West and you will be based in the new location, dependant on progress of the build. There will be flexibility allowing you to work from home for part of the working week.

As plans are finalised, some flexibility will be required but we will work with you to ensure that business and personal needs are balanced, where possible, while working within policy.
